Join Pei & Saori for an afternoon of breath and calligraphy, to Live with Intention in the intimacy of The Other House.
Mogami Wellness and Inmispace are collaborating to go on this loving journey with you using Japanese Calligraphy and Transformational Breathwork. Saori and Pei are extremely passionate about using your internal wisdom and power to bring peace and resolution from within and to be well. It was serendipitous how they met and realised how similar their values are and they want to share the beautiful union of breath and present moment awareness.
The workshop will start with setting beautiful intentions and writing them with Japanese calligraphy led by Saori. It’s an incredible experience centred around intention and presence. You will gain mindset principles that allow you to focus on a sustainable, holistic, and actionable approach to your long-term well-being. You will individually and collectively create intention(s) for the Transformation Breath® session where you will breathe into it and explore your inner power & wisdom.
The Transformational Breath® session will be led by Pei which involves positive affirmations, acupressure, sound & movement and relaxation at the end. This breath practice is gentle, cathartic and deeply profound. You will learn to tap into your inner strength and power, empower yourself to use your breath to cope with daily stresses and anxiety. Pei will also give your tips on how to build a sustainable home breath practice.

Pei Chan (She/Her)
I started meditating, working with a life coach and executive coaches and a psychotherapist. I explored Light Grids, Reiki, Sound healing, Rapid Transformational Therapy and Transformational Breath®.
All these helped me to unpick and see the patterns in my life: with family, money and relationships.
Simultaneously, my career took off and my material desires grew. I could easily spend a lot of money on shoes or handbags, but not on self-care. Prioritising my well-being over work and materialistic needs seemed impossible. Every time I invested in self-care I was paralysed with guilt.
I had my first Transformational Breath® session in 2017. I would never have guessed that this will become the major turning point in my self-healing journey. Breathwork had a massive impact on me, but my inner “Career Woman” was not ready and thought breathwork was outrageous. Something inside of me whispered to keep going. And I did.
Losing my job was one of the most painful experiences next to losing a parent. I felt like I had lost my identity and couldn’t cope with the emotions. Yet, this moment was a blessing in disguise - the final push I needed to become a Breathwork facilitator. I have trained with Founder of Transformational Breath®, Judith Kravitz and Senior Trainer, Eugenia Altamira.
I completed my Reiki I, II and Master levels training and is a certified Reiki Master. I am also training to become a Rapid Transformational Therapy®(RTT®) - hypnotherapy practitioner.
