The Breath Space presents: Immersive Wellness - Yin and Breath

Join us for the first ever in-person, fully immersive yin yoga and breathwork experience of 2022 at Aures London, in collaboration with Heather Hearts and sponsored by Dirtea.

I am delighted to bring you a day of healing, connection and growth through yin yoga, breathwork and functional mushrooms (not the psychedelic kind) at one of London's finest venues.

Aures is a one-of-a-kind venue, giving access to fully immersive 3D audio and 270 degree visual experiences, which will take your yin yoga and breathwork experiences to the next level. Throughout the day, you will also be treated to functional mushroom drinks courtesy of the amazing team at Dirtea, including their brand new mushroom cacao blend. These amazing mushrooms have the ability to enhance and amplify your experience even further.

The theme of the day will be centred around three pillars: healing, connection and growth.

You will have the opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and with other like minded people through these practices, as well as regular opportunities to journal and make the most of the insights you gain throughout.

The format of the day will be:

12pm - Arrive - Dirtea on arrival

12.20pm - Intro and Welcome

12.30pm - Yin Yoga w/ Heather

1.30 - 1.45pm - Break with Dirtea

2pm - Breathwork w/ Jamie

3.15pm - Sharing post-Breathe w/ Dirtea

3.30pm - Closing Circle + Chat

4pm - Close

Hi, I'm Jamie.

I'm a breathwork coach and mental health ambassador based in London. Having discovered breathwork over three years ago, the practice had a profound impact on me, significantly improving my physical and mental wellbeing. I strongly believe that breathwork is the most universal and powerful tool that we all have access to change our minds and live healthier, happier lives.

I started The Breath Space as an accessible way for anyone to experience this blossoming area of mindfulness and personal growth. My goal is to provide you with the tools to work it into your daily life, as well as creating an environment to go deeper and understand new elements of yourself.
