This transformative 90 minute Psychedelic Breathwork® practice run by Natasha Broady from BodyMindandBreath combines ancient breathing techniques backed up with the knowledge of contemporary science and the art of electronic music.

Designed to not only let you explore who you are but it also helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system which stimulates the bodies 'rest and digest'. During this powerful session the power of the breath can induce multiple benefits including:

THE PROCESS

The class takes place online via a ZOOM link, which will be sent 15 minutes before the session. The practice is done sitting but guests can lay down at any point.

Natasha Broady (She/ Her)

Natasha is a Psychedelic Breath® Practitioner, reiki healer and mindset coach.

She founded Body Mind and Breath to help people manage burnout and live a less stress-filled and anxious life. She believes with the body, mind and breath balanced you can self-regulate the nervous system to lessen anxiety and pressures we experience in our daily lives.

Her Psychedelic Breath sessions elicit energetic changes within the body to activate the parasympathetic nervous system; a deep breathwork practice that clears physical blocks, emotions and gives participants more energy, reduces stress levels and lowers blood pressure.

Her Mindset Coaching uses a range of modalities including NLP, hypnosis and timeline therapy. Natasha helps to reprogram the subconscious mind to create actionable and measurable steps that create balance and positive change in people’s lives.

She can work with individuals, groups, brands or businesses to harness the full power of the mind and breath. Natasha can practice these modalities separately or together and can curate bespoke workshops which focus on self-development, stress and anxiety relief and mindset growth.
